Our story
Our owner Alec Started out his Carpentry apprenticeship straight from school, into the new home build industry and completed his three year apprenticeship. He carried on for a further two more years working on new builds as a subcontractor. Then decided to head into the domestic carpentry and building industry working for local family members and other local builders working on his skill and knowledge. Fast forward ten years or so he then went and became a site manager for a Brighton based construction company. After four years, he made the decision to start up his own company AEW Construction Ltd. Today now operation as the director and steering the company into the next and exciting chapter.
